2015
The beginning
After 15 years in digital support and technology across two major multinationals, our founder launched a Digital Support agency. This led to the BPO operation in Spain and Argentina, focused on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the digitization of call-center processes.
2016
Scaling DTC across Europe
Extensive experience with Zendesk and Freshdesk while driving growth for DTC and ecommerce brands expanding internationally. We launched the first digital contact center leveraging technology to automate and optimize processes.
2021
100% Gorgias — born again
Became the first agency fully dedicated to Gorgias, recognized as Gorgias 360. We handle platform implementation, AI configuration, and ongoing maintenance, while also providing expert agents to manage operations seamlessly.

Awarded Best European Partner 2024 by Gorgias. Over 100 projects successfully delivered across the EU and LATAM.
