Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of services delivered by CT INTELIGENCIA SL (operating as custo.tech). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

custo.tech provides Gorgias setup, AI Agent training, CX automation, and operations support. The exact scope and price of each engagement is detailed in the corresponding statement of work or proposal.

2. Payment

Setup fees are paid one-time in advance. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments accrue interest at the legal rate for commercial transactions in Spain.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, except for cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5. Termination

Retainers may be terminated by either party with 30 days notice. Setup engagements run until delivery; cancellation after kick-off is invoiced pro-rata to work performed.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes are submitted to the courts of Barcelona.
