The Beginning
After 15 years of experience in digital support and technology in two large multinationals, our founder decided to open his first startup to fulfil his desire to help brands with their online and offline digitalisation.
2015
We founded the first digital contact-centre with the ability to automate and optimise processes with technology and always with the focus on empowering our agents to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2016
We opened a technology support company aimed at small and medium-sized companies that allowed them a quality and automation similar to that of multinationals even without having an internal team.
2020
