The Beginning
After 15 years of experience in digital support and technology at two major multinationals, our founder launched his first startup — driven by a clear goal: to help brands navigate both online and offline digital transformation.

2015
Back in 2015, we founded the first digital contact center with the ability to automate and optimize processes — focusing on technology and self-service to empower both clients and agents, and to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2016
We partnered with Freshdesk and Zendesk to launch customer CRM operations in Spain — at a time when no one in eCommerce was yet using these SaaS platforms.

2020
custo.tech was born as a group of companies focused on customers and technology, with a mission to improve customer journeys across brands.
Today
Our mission is to help brands automate customer relationships across their entire journey — using AI to build longer-lasting connections, increase conversions, and reduce operational costs.
