Our History
The Beginning
After 15 years in digital support and technology across two major multinationals, our founder launched a Digital Support agency in 2015. This led to the launch of our BPO operation in Spain and Argentina, focused on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the digitization of call-center processes.
2016
Gained extensive experience with Zendesk and Freshdesk while driving growth in DTC and e-commerce for internationally expanding brands. During this period, we launched the first digital contact center leveraging technology to automate and optimize processes, empowering agents to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2021
Became the first agency fully dedicated to Gorgias, recognized as Gorgias 360. We handle platform implementation, AI configuration, and ongoing maintenance, while also providing expert agents to manage operations seamlessly.
